A graphite drawing of people in swim clothes by Washington-area artist Louise Craven Hourrigan (ca. 1925-2006). This piece is captured in light lines and carefully-rendered shading, and depicts a group of three figures standing closely together in old-fashioned swimsuits. The piece is signed in script ‘L. Craven’ to the lower right, and is matted in a metal frame without glass, a wire for hanging and a label reading ‘Louise Hourrigan’ to the verso.

Condition

- glass was damaged and has been removed; scratching and wear to frame and verso.
