This Impressionist painting depicts a multitude of people walking along a street aligned with European style storefronts and a domed building to the distance. The rustic scene is rendered with a textural layering of pastel tones. To the lower right corner of the composition is an artist signature. The painting is presented in a gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- craquelure with lift to upper left; larger cracking scattered across painting; canvas is loose in frame; wear and stains to frame; corners of frame separating.
