A planographic poster print on paper for the fifteenth anniversary of the Center for Democratic Renewal. This piece features an expressive black and white portrait of American writer and civil rights activist Maya Angelou (1928 – 2014), with one of her quotes in white type to the left of the portrait. Copper-tone text is included to the upper and lower edges, reading ‘A joyous celebration of our common ground, Friday, March 11, 1994, Atlanta, Georgia’. The print is presented under layered mats and glass, in a metal frame with hanging wire affixed to the verso.

- a few white spots under glass to the center right side.
