A hand-knotted room-sized Sino-Persian area rug. This wool rug features a diamond form pendant medallion on a midnight blue field with a dense floral motif and corner spandrels. The primary border offers a repeating floral bouquet pattern and is flanked by multiple guard borders on each side. The rug is finished with overcast selvedge edges and a fine wool warp fringe at either end. Unlabeled.
