She looks downwards with a nurturing stare. The subjects are rendered with earthen tones that have been smudged and reinforced by black outline marks. To the lower left corner of the composition is an illegible gold tone artist signature. The drawing is presented under glass beneath layered matting in a stained wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
