A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Qashqai Turkman carpet runner. This runner displays an allover floral pattern in navy, cream, red and orange upon a red field. The rug features an extensive compound border of alternating gul and geometrical pattern finished with red hued selvedge and natural warp fringe. The rug has a tag attached which reads ‘Made in Iran, Hand Woven Carpet and Rugs’.
