Antique French Provincial Style Oak Washstand with Knapp Joints

Item Details

A vintage French Provincial style veneered washstand or commode. The piece features a single drawer with Knapp joint construction above two paneled doors with wooden knobs. The skirt is scalloped, the French bracket legs taper into splayed front feet. The cabinet rests on casters and is veneered on doors and drawer. There are copper tone metal bail pulls with decorative cast backplates. The sides and back have horizontally framed panels.
