A heliogravure on paper titled Sur le Bord de la Mer, after celebrated French Impressionist artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir (1841-1919). Rendered in smooth black and white tones, this piece depicts two women in dresses and hats on a beach, with a little boy and sailing boats in the distance. The work is signed in plate to the lower right. It is presented under layered mats and glass, in a black and gold tone wood frame with hanging wire and an informational label affixed to the verso.

Condition

- minor wear to frame finish; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly.
