A 1961 Topps Baseball Stamp Album. This album consists of forty pages, listing all eighteen Major League Baseball team from 1961. Made of a thin cardboard, the album depicts a vintage baseball player on its front cover. In the colors of green, white, and black, this album presents each professional baseball team with statistical information. There are ten slots for the stamps to be affixed. The green-colored baseball stamps include such players as (HOF) Ernie Banks, (HOF) Richie Ashburn, Sammy Taylor, George Altman, (HOF) Don Drysdale, Larry Sherry, (HOF) Hank Aaron, Johnny Callison, Bob Friend, Jim Davenport, Ken Boyer, Jackie Jensen, Hank Bauer, Dick Williams, Bob Allison, Bobby Shantz, and more. A few of the stamps are loose and have not been glued down.
Condition
- Edge and surface wear with some light creasing. Soiling and discoloration. All pages intact with tight binding. The owner did not write his/her name on the front cover under “Property Of.”
