Asian Handpainted Porcelain Lamp

Item Details

A vintage Asian-style porcelain table lamp with shade harp and finial. The lamp base is made of porcelain, shaped like a ginger jar or vase, featuring images of brown and gray birds and leaves. The top portion has a gold floral pattern, and the top is covered with a brass cap and socket, with a brass-tone shade harp and ornate brass tone metal finial. The lamp sits on around, pierced wood base, and it is fitted with the original white electric cord and plug. This lamp takes a single standard light bulb, and it has a push switch on the socket. No maker’s marks.

- original vintage cloth cord and plug show wear; may benefit from being re-wired
- some fading of enamel; small areas of surface marks and grime
- finial is crooked on the top of the shade harp
- faint surface marks to lamp base, but overall good condition
