A vintage hand knotted Indo-Persian Heriz area rug. This hand knotted wool pile rug features a center star pendant medallion in shades of blue, rust, tan and cream inside a lozenge-shaped rust colored field. The field is surrounded by cream colored spandrels, a rust colored major border with floral cream minor borders and a blue guard border. It has a cotton warp fringe to either end. Unmarked.
