Fox Themed Art Including Oil on Canvas and Offset Lithograph

A set of two fox-themed pieces of art. Featured is a 1987 oil painting on canvas by artist Karen E. Howell. The piece depicts a fox and hound staring at one another against a rocky landscape. The work is signed and dated in brown paint to the lower right. It is presented without glass in a wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso. Also featured is an offset lithograph on paper after an illustration of a fox by Don Easterwood, signed in plate to the lower center. It is set under decorative green and gold tone matting and presented under glass in a wooden frame with a sawtooth hanging bracket to the verso.
Condition
- surface wear throughout frame finishes; canvas is slightly dented along inner edge of stretcher; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; painting does not include backing paper.
