Tufted and Carved Chinese Wool Area Rug

A tufted and carved Chinese wool area rug. THe rug features a Savonnerie-style with a central floral medallion in rose, pink white and taupe on a pale pink field. It is surrounded by floral garlands with a half crest on each side. It has bound seams to the underside, with a full backing and netted wool fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
