A serigraph on paper titled Hanoi, Martes 13 by Cuban designer Alfredo Rostgaard (1943-2004). This print features two orange airdrop bombs with Lyndon B. Johnson’s face on the end, facing downward. The title text is printed in a green stenciled font to the lower center. The artist’s printed signature and date ‘67’ is printed in screen to the upper right. This poster was used for the 1968 Santiago Álvarez short film of the same name, telling the story of a day in Hanoi, Vietnam during the war. The print is presented behind acrylic glass in a metal frame with sawtooth hooks for hanging.
