This Impressionist painting depicts a sprawling body of calm water that cuts through land masses featuring wooden picketed fences and clusters of trees growing to the distance. The unsigned painting is presented in a stained and gold tone wooden frame with a sawtooth bracket affixed to the verso.
Condition
- to fair; the upper left and lower right corners of the frame are separating; wear to the verso; damage to the hanging hardware; the sawtooth hanger is only attached on one side; backing held with masking tape.
