Item Details

A mid 19th century Victorian Rococo Revival dresser with a marble top. The paneled, walnut case features a rectangular, white marble top with canted, front corners above a stack of three long drawers. The burled fronts are fitted with carved handles and they are flanked by carved stiles with acanthine corbels. The dresser rises on a molded, plinth base.

- to fair; the wear is consistent with the age and use; some scratches and scuffs to the wood; scattered discolored spots/stains to marble top; probably had a mirror or gallery at the back of the top, which is now missing.
