A circa 1980 watercolor and ink illustration on paper by Barker. The piece depicts the Plaza Hotel in New York on 89th and 5th Avenue. The work is signed and dated in black ink to the lower right with a signature that appears to read ‘Barker 80’. It is double-matted in off-white and pale blue and presented under glass in a blue and gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- fading and toning to paper; minor wear to frame finish; water stains to top portion of backing paper; puncture to backing paper; paper is slightly buckled inside frame.
