A vintage hand knotted Persian Malayer Sarouk area rug. This wool rug features a center medallion in shades of orange, green, indigo, pink and cream on a red field. The field is bounded by cream colored spandrels and surrounded by compound border within a rust colored guard border, and white cotton fringe is at the far ends. The rug is tagged underneath.
