A hand-knotted Tekke Bokhara rug from West Pakistan. The rug features Tekke guls in a palette of deep red, black, and orange. It has a compound flower box starburst border, hand-finished overcast edges and natural warp fringe to either end. The rug is tagged to the verso, ‘Bokhara Carpet Industries, LAHORE (W. Pakistan) Hand Woven in Pakistan, 100% Woolen Pile 100% Cotton Base.’
