John Ruthven Signed Limited Edition Offset Lithograph "Robin Family"
Item Details
A signed limited edition offset lithograph after an original painting by well-listed and renowned American wildlife illustrator and naturalist John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati, born 1924), titled Robin Family. The print depicts one of the adult birds leaning over its three young, whose nest is nestled in a stunning flowering magnolia tree. The print is signed in-plate to the lower right and its title is printed to the lower center margin. It is signed and numbered 525/600 in pencil to the lower corners. The print is presented without matting or framing, but is mounted to gray backing and has a protective sheet of paper over its face.
