An original mixed media collage on foam core by very well-listed contemporary Cincinnati collage artist Michael Scheurer (born 1954), titled No. 2. The collage features a dripping black and white acrylic painted texture with an abstracted collage made of cut printed paper to its center. A race car protrudes from several abstract shapes. The piece is signed and titled in graphite to the verso. It is presented without matting or framing, awaiting your choice of presentation. Scheurer studied at the Cincinnati Art Academy and Xavier University, and has exhibited extensively across the nation. Condition
- foam core has significant denting and creasing across. A large chunk has been gouged from the lower center edge. Corners of foam core are particularly bent and dented.
