An oil painting on canvas of a pastoral landscape by artist, O. Thomas. This work, likely painted during the 19th century depicts a rural landscape with a heard of cows near a stream in the foreground. Depicted in the background is an isolated white house. The painting is signed by hand in black paint to the lower right corner. It is presented without glass in a wood and gesso frame with a hanging wire to the verso.

- to fair; toning along edges of painting; craquelure throughout painting; stretcher mark at lower left of canvas; gesso decorations to frame are chipping off; patch on canvas to the verso at right center; paint loss to lower right corner next to signature; sticker residue to the verso; wear to the verso.
