An oil painting on board of Haitian Farmers by listed Haitian artist Franklin Latortue (b. 1944). The work depicts multiple male figures working on a field sorrounded by a tropical ambiance. The painting is portrayed with an overall sense of flatness and vibrant hues. The work is signed by the artist to the lower left corner. Presented without glass, housed in a wood frame with a gilt finish. Hanging wire is installed to the verso.
