A limited edition serigraph poster on paper for the tenth anniversary of the New Orleans Crescent City Classic race in New Orleans, designed by New Orleans artist Robert Guthrie. This abstract piece presents a street lined with buildings in one point perspective, with runners passing under banners, rendered in a pastel color palette inspired by New Orleans architecture. Informational text is incorporated in the image, and it is dated 1988. The work is signed in plate and by hand to the lower right, and it is marked 94 in an edition of 3000 to the lower left. It is presented under layered mats without glass, in a gold tone metal frame with hanging wire affixed to the verso.
