The rug features a center medallion with a cross motif, surrounded by stylized flower and leaf patterns, the floral spandrels, in a palette of cream, beige, coral, black and red. The center panel features a frame with a Samovar border flanked by borders with small leaf like patterns. The rug is labeled ‘Hamadan -
