A Gyotaku fish pressing on paper by Hawaiian artist, Michael Hemperly. This work depicts black ink fish pressing embellished with acrylic paint. The piece is hand signed and monogrammed to the lower left. It is presented behind a double mat, under glass in a wood frame with a sawtooth hanger on the verso ready for display. A label explaining the Gyotaku process and origin is affixed to the verso.
