Item Details

An antique Victorian Aesthetic Movement bamboo magazine rack, circa late 19th century. The scorched bamboo frame features a top-mounted handle above three vertical partitions creating a pair of storage slots. The outer partitions have chinoiserie-painted, foliate panels. The rack rises on four cylindrical legs joined by a stretcher shelf decorated with a bird and floral motifs.
