A limited edition work in plastic by listed artist and musician Yoko Ono (born 1933), with George Maciunas (1931 – 1978). The piece, titled A Box of Smile: ReFlux Edition, is a simple black plastic box that features a hinged lid to the top and a mirror to the interior. It includes gold tone lettering to the lid that reads ‘A Box of Smile Y.O. ’71’ and is marked ‘ReFlux’ to the underside. This work, part of an edition of 1170, originates from the ReFlux Edition, a contemporary continuation of the original 1971 Fluxus Edition.
