A reprint of Ansel Adams’ black and white photograph titled Moonrise, Hernandez, New Mexico. Adams (American, 1902-1984) captured the famous image in November, 1941, while employed by the Department of the Interior to photograph lands under its control. The moon rises into a dark sky while the light of the setting sun still streaks the horizon. The reprint is double matted and framed in a simple black frame.
