A vintage hand-knotted Persian Malayer carpet runner. This rug features a muted red field decorated with a diamond shaped medallion in hues of ivory, cornflower blue, seafoam green, and goldenrod. The medallion is surrounded by geometric flowers while ivory spandrels sit at each corner, framed by an unresolved floral border. Natural warp fringe at either end finishes the rug. Unmarked.
