A hand-knotted Kerman area rug. The rug features a central floral medallion in a pastel palette of light blue, pink, and yellow on a cream field. The field is enclosed by a rounded and heavily ornate floral border in a complimentary palette with each spandrel featuring a vase filled with florals. The rug has an overcast edge, a short Kilim skirt, and a short wool fringe. Unmarked.
