Vintage Metal Military Trunk

Item Details

A vintage brown metal military trunk. The trunk is made of wood with a thin, brown finished metal covering to the outside. It is rectangular, with a flat lid, and the lid and sides have metal trim and brass tone metal corners. The front has two latches and a lock, and one side has a leather handle. The interior has a removable wood tray and the interior of the tray and the trunk are lined in a wood-look printed paper covering. The lock is marked ‘Long’, otherwise no maker’s marks.

- large ding or mark above the handle on the side
- lock is detached; missing keys
