A Chippendale style armchair. The armchair features: a yoke shaped top rail, a pierced vase shaped splat with an interlacing pattern, curved arms ending in knuckled handholds, a double-arched cut in the skirt accented with a carved acanthus detail in the center, cabriole legs with acanthus motif carvings on the knees, and claw and ball feet. The seat is upholstered with off-white fabric embellished with an embroidered white floral design.
