Vintage Louis XVI Style Dining Chairs

Item Details

A group of vintage Louis XVI style dining chairs. The group includes six side chairs and two armchairs. They feature carved crests above tapered, padded backs with fluted stiles leading to a cushioned seat with a bowed front seat rail. The chairs rise on ring-turned and fluted legs ending in toupie feet. The armchairs having bowed arms with scrolled handholds as well as curved and fluted arm supports. The chairs are all upholstered in yellow and gold tone fabric and they are finished in cream paint.
