A 22K yellow gold 1898 Russian sovereign coin issued by the Russian Empire during the reign of Tsar Nicholas II of which the mintage totaled 52,378,000. This coin depicts a left facing bust of Nicholas II, the last Tsar of the Russian Empire to the obverse and the Russian imperial eagle along with the denomination and date to the reverse. The coin represents five rubles, is ninety percent gold and housed in a 14K yellow gold pendant bezel.
