An Edison record player cabinet. Featured here is a wood encased Edison hand crank phonograph. The wooden cabinet has a reddish brown wood stain finish and brass tone metal hardware. A carved panel on the front of the machine can be removed to access the speaker. A tag inside the top lid near the turntable reads ‘Thomas A. Edison, Edison Disc Phonograph’. The bottom portion of the cabinet has a door with record storage slots inside. Also included in this listing are a variety of records for the player including titles such as U.S. Army Camp Songs #1 and #2, Sweet Peggy McGee, Mrs. Clancy’s Boarding House, Infanta March, Dixie Melody, Old Timer’s Waltz, Molly Dear Waltz, When Its Moonlight in May, I’m On My Way to Dublin Bay, and many more. A total of approximately 30 records.
