A reclining leather sofa and chair. Featured here are a coordinating oversized chair and a two seat sofa. Both pieces are upholstered in reddish brown leather. The chair and both sofa seats manually recline. The bottom of the chair is labeled ‘Tremonton Chair Factory, La-Z-Time’. Also included are two sets of matching throw pillows This furniture is located in the seller’s basement.

• Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. Unless shipping arrangements are available and made by the winning bidder, that individual is advised to bring, appropriate assistance, vehicle, proper materials, and any necessary tools to pickup.

• Please be advised, furniture items must be picked up and removed by winning bidder during the scheduled pick-up time on pick-up day. A moving charge will be incurred by winning bidders for any items not picked up. If winning bidder chooses to not have the item moved for alternate pick-up, the winning bidder will incur a disposal fee to have the item removed.
