A group of four sterling silver plates by the Meriden Britannia Company. these feature round depressions with scalloped flaring sits that extend to hexagonal rims ornamented with repoussé blossoms and scrolling foliates. Each is marked ‘sterling’ with a pictorial makers mark of an ‘m’ between the raised wings of a bird. The total approximate weight is 20.035 ozt.
