Korean Apothecary Style Chest

Item Details

A Korean apothecary style chest. This piece features a red finish with black edging and accents. The rectangular top curves upward at the sides. To the front is a row of small drawers with bail pulls, above a pair of cabinet doors with butterfly shaped hinges and a fish shaped lock. Below is a drop front door to a second cabinet, also with a fish shaped lock. The piece has a scalloped apron with metal corner brackets, and stands on C-curved feet attached to runners to the sides. A key is included.
