A Turkish Kayseri accent rug. This wool and silk rug is rendered in a palette of cranberry, ivory, and camel, with black highlights. It features a herati pattern incorporating a small star medallion, palmettes, leaves, vines, and flowers over a cranberry-colored field. The field is framed by compound floral borders grounded in ivory, including a herati primary border. Top and bottom finish with long knotted cotton warp fringe. Tagged to underside.
