Chinese Porcelain Shard Figural Trinket Box

A Chinese porcelain shard trinket box. This piece is composed of a metal base with a ceramic lid. The lid features ornately dressed women standing on a ledge beside a bamboo fence and blossoming tree branch. There are scroll designs around the sides of the base. It is unmarked.

Condition

- some stains and discoloration throughout; slight wear and cracks toward the underside.
