A Canadian coin and currency set and a Canadian proof $2 coin. The coin and currency set contains two uncut BRX $2 banknotes from 1986 and a 1996 proof silver $2 Piedfort coin. The Piedfort coin is composed of 92.5% silver, and the inner core is plated with 24 karat gold. The Piedfort coin weighs 25 grams and has a diameter of 28 mm. Lot also includes another 1996 proof $2 coin, but its composition is copper-nickel and it weighs 7.3 grams. Set measures 9 1/2′ × 11′ × 1′. Very good condition.
