A red and blue costume tunic jacket from United Costumers, Inc. The twill jacket has been embellished with bands of woven gold braid with stripes around the sleeves and around the body. It features a Mandarin collar, long sleeves with a capped accent, and long skirt with a double vent in the back. There is a label to the interior.
