A Chinese embroidered silk textile. The piece depicts a festival scene set against an orange background. The scene includes dozens of celebrating figures, some playing music, some performing a dragon dance and others riding on flying waterfowl. The unsigned work is bordered in patterned fabric and presented in a black frame with hanging wire to the verso.
