An ‘Olinala’ style lacquerware style chest from Mexico. The chest has a wood frame with a handpainted floral and ornamental design in vibrant colors of violet, black, gray and white. Other features include a hinged lid with brass hardware and a decorative wood shelf in a black lacquered finish and a straight apron on tapered wood feet.
