Item Details
A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Heriz Serapi runner rug. This rug features an elongated crenellated lozenge in an ivory with three octagonal pendant medallions running the length, flanked by floral and foliate elements connected by rectilinear vine work in indigo, ruby, powder blue, green and white. The field is framed by an unresolved samovar primary border in the field colors, and tied white cotton fringe to each end. Unmarked.
