A flip-top secretary desk accompanied by a ladder-back chair. The secretary features two upper doors that open to reveal three serpentine-front shelves, flanked by two columns of four drawers each; both doors and all eight drawers feature round brass-tone pulls. The rectangular work surface flips forward to provide a larger desktop, and is supported by two loafer supports between a full-width drawer with batwing pulls; the entire structure is supported on turned legs terminating in pad feet. The ladder-back chair has a dark wood finish, acorn finials, and a rush seat over straight legs with a box stretcher. Contents of drawers not included.
