A vintage hand knotted Persian Lavar Kirman area rug. The rug features an elongated cream tone medallion, embellished with a pink peony design, inside a deep blue field. The field is accented by tan acanthus borders around the medallion and around its outside edge. Vines of peonies fill the wide scarlet border framing the field. The rug is finished with cropped white fringe on the ends.
