A hand-knotted Persian Malayer area rug.This wool constructed rug features a crimson medallion to the center surrounded by geometric pattern in a palette of cinnabar, goldenrod, sapphire and crimson in an indigo field . The field is framed by a primary border grounded in cranberry and populated with a geometric pattern. The rug finishes with an ivory applied fringe. Unmarked.
