A signed hand-knotted Persian Tabriz hunting pictorial rug.This wool constructed rug features a central elongated floral medallion in hues of olive green and camel atop a deep indigo field. It is accompanied by an outer area patterned with ornamental flowers and Acanthus leaves with men on horseback hunting deer. The rug has a compound border and is complete with natural warp fringe on either side.
